Sleep Cause-Sleep powder and moves that puts your foe to sleep cannot be used. Moves that put your own pokemon to sleep like rest can still be used.
No 1hko Moves-Fissure and moves that take out your foe in 1 hit cannot be used.
No Luck Items
Quick Claw
Item Limit - You cant have 3 or more of the same item on your team at once.
When Battling Gyms Only 2 Countering Types Allowed-This does not apply in tournaments
